Sofia Shobe
I hold a Bachelors in Nutrition, I am an IIN Nutrition Certified Health Coach, avid plant based home cook and mom. I began my health journey in 2011 after a childhood of poor eating habits and suffering acid reflux in my early teens. I was learning to eat plant based diet while in the "Brazillian barbecue" of my meat eating ranch owning family. They challenged every aspect of my transition. I'm not sure whether it was defending against the many misconceptions about nutrition without meat and dairy or learning to cook yummy plant-based meals on my own, that set me on my journey to help others achieve health transformation in their lives as well. I want to use my health journey and health education to help you achieve a truly nourished life.
About Health Coaching
