Ingredients
1 pack of firm tofu
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
* In a bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, turmeric, nutritional yeast, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to create a seasoning mixture.
* Add tofu to the seasoning mixture and toss until it is well coated.
* Spread the seasoned tofu in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
* Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 40 minutes, or until the tofu is crispy and golden brown. If you prefer a crunchier texture, you can leave it in the oven for a few minutes longer.
* Remove from the oven and let the roasted tofu cool before enjoying it as a savory snack or adding it to salads.
